What does Tempered mean?

Tempering chocolate is the process of heating and cooling the chocolate in order to stabilize the molecules.  This puts the chocolate in the ideal state for the ultimate enjoyment. In our opinion, tempered chocolate is perfect chocolate!


What is the shelf life of your products?

Because we don’t use any artificial ingredients or preservatives, Tempered chocolates are best enjoyed within the first 2 weeks of purchase.


How should Tempered products be stored?

We recommend storing your luxury chocolates in a cool dry place.  Always allow the chocolates to come to room temperature before indulging.


What kinds of ingredients do you use?

We source the majority of our ingredients from local purveyors. We use organic cream, butter and coconut oil to ensure the highest quality and best tasting products.


Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?

Many of our truffle flavors are naturally gluten free.  We also offer a few rotating flavors that are vegan.  We are always happy to customize any of our flavors to be gluten free or vegan with advanced notice and with a minimum order.  Please call the store for details.


Are your products safe for individuals with nut allergies?

Most of our products are nut free, however we have a few items that contain nuts. Please ask in store for details.
